Hooters - Jermantown

This restaurant is open late, and my friends and I enjoy coming here together, after work. The staff is great! The Hurricane was very tasty!

I love that it's a sports bar but I've tried their food many times and have not been impressed. Probably best to just go for drinks after you pregame and eat somewhere else lol

Superbowl Sunday. Placed order at 11am for 5:15p pickup. That doesn't matter because they don't do orders in any order.. it's random. I've been here 2 hours

We put our order the day before Super Bowl and called the store to make sure it would be no problem with our food being ready at 6pm. When we arrived, we were told that it will take over an hour for our food to be ready and all they can do is just return our money but that is it. Apparently our order was put in 15min before it was due…ON SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!!! Then told us that the people sitting there in the restaurant is wait as long as we are for their food. When I asked a group sitting there how long did they wait to get their food, they said 15minutes! The manager lied! Will be contacting corporate about this!

The bartender and waitresses are great but the Manager with a Mohawk (said his name was Gnash) is the rudest individual you have ever met, rushing customers out of the store before closing time, force closing customer tabs at 11:30 even though the bartender hasn't called last call and clearly states she wants to wait until 11:45, then I also noticed every girl was short at the end of night and had to pay in with the most horribly sad look on their face, as if they were getting robbed, horrible situation.
