Not sure what his name was but whoever was working tonight (3/24 ~6 PM) was wonderful! I've been to this location before and they never quite make my drink taste right but this guy did it perfectly! Even though he was by himself, he was quick with the line and was efficient with getting orders out. Very kind too. Amazing job! View all feedback.

This place is constantly understaffed. The workers are great but it takes 15 minutes to get a coffee because they don’t have enough workers. Will never come
They never have the variety of donuts as they advertise. .
This location never seems to be able to get a standard coffee or food order correct. I’ve ordered the exact same standard ice coffee from other Dunkin locations across NoVA and this location messes it up so badly every time. They also seem to always way overcook or undercook orders of hash browns, bagels, and other basic food items. This location just seems to not be able to get anything right. Buyer beware- they’ve also recently started charging extra for shots of swirl, which are usually required to make your drink taste normal, which is a franchise level decision. If you’re going to be greedy at least give customers edible food.
Today November 07 of year 2023 I received bad service. because the cashier up her voice to me, just she think I just speak Spanish but her didn't know I speak english too. that's Rasista of her part Since that attitude was only with me, even I'm accompanied by my two daughters. I never go back at this store
The service is terrible from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. First I go in and the lady at the cashier says “what do you want?” With an attitude, than I try to get my free coffee from the app, cause they give you free coffee with any purchase on Mondays, and after she scans the bar code she deletes it from the computer as if there is nothing. She proceeds to tell me that the bar code is not working and that I have to pay for the large coffee that she made while the bar code was “ not working”.WORST SERVICE EVER!!
