i used to love this place, but recently they are messing up with my online orders its not 1st time, every time i order donuts online they said either they dont have those donuts and asked us to pick watever they have left over, or they said they said they didnt get the order[meanwhile they do get the other part of the same order].And this didnt stop here they do messed up with my other order .. i am really disappoint... Sher and Ms.Cindy were both absolutely wonderful. Always look forward to starting my day here knowing I’ll be treated with kindness and professionalism.
We got into the store and no one came to the front after saying hello for at least 5 minutes. Worker didn't put in the order till after making a drink, so I had to repeat the order 3 times. The sweet tea I ordered wasn't sweet. Doughnuts we're dry. The whole order being placed and made took 20 minutes and there was no one in the store but us. Ridiculous.
Ordered 6 but charged for 12 donuts. Waited 30 min for refund because manager was not there. Not
