It has been quite a while since I dined at Frank's and I'm so glad I went back!! The meal and service were fantastic! An added bonus was the live music. We went to the restaurant and it was closed!! Many people were showing up as they had reservations and they were as surprised as we were. We are very disappointed that our reservation was confirmed but the restaurant was no longer opened. View all feedback.
