Honestly pretty sub par all together. The bagels are okay, not great. We ordered lox on them and literally received one slice for a ton of money. Add in an attitude and you might as well pick another spot.

I used to order by text with scheduled send from my android phone first thing in the morning bc it takes them forever to prepare. This was a decent workaround. However recently, the systems broken and you either don't get a text confirmation and even when you do, show up and there's no order ready. I've been late to countless events bc of this place. But I want to patronize a small business instead of disgusting DD. However their poor service making it real hard to continuing coming here!

I am very disappointed with my order. I ordered from DoorDash, and there was a live bug stuck on my cheese Danish. I didn't feel comfortable eating anything else from the order. DoorDash was able to refund me, but I'm not going to order from here anymore.

They don't know what they are doing here, I emphasized that I wanted unsalted butter with the dozen and half bagel that I ordered for delivery, when I was ready to sit down and eat the bagel with my family, I discovered that the butter was not only salted but heavily salted despite the fact that I don't eat salted butter. I called up the store and they started transferring me from one person to the other and they ended up hanging up the phone on me after wasting $38.46 on this business.
