Very clean and always fresh. The topping counter is Lways mess free. Just left nathans which was a horror. Great job 16 handles turned my day around. Plus a little more healthier..Looks like they just recently installed new machines.Tastes a lot better. It also has a better consistency.

My little girl needed to use the restroom and when the counter girl gave me the key and I opened the restroom I couldn't believe how dirty it was...I have never been to a 16 handles as dirty as this one. I was planning to buy ice cream from here, but if the restroom was like that I cannot imagine how the kitchen inside is... thanks God we realized before eating anything from there.

Unfriendly and rude staff. Grandkids sitting and eating and we forgotTo give them the $2 off coupon. We had not even left the store. We brought coupon up to cashier and explained we forgot to hand it in. They refused to refund the $2. They said we should use it for our next visit. There will never be another visit. They called the manager and she refused as well. So aside from being rude, unfriendly and uncooperative, the place is a total ripoff. Stay away.

You would have to be out of your mind to ever return to this place again. Place has seenbetter days. Establishment is dirty and run down and in need of a total makeover, probably how they justify raising prices.

Almost $20 for 2 small cups and only 1 had a few toppings on it. I get that prices on things have gone up but this is out of line. I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. I could not agree more that the unfriendly vibepermeates the air as soon as you walk in. I was barely acknowledged as a customer when I walked in after greeting both ladieswith a smile and a hello. Very unwelcoming for what is supposed to be a fun ice cream experience. The pumpkin spice wasdelicious. But I will not be back. If you don't love what ypu do it shows and ypir customers are yoir business. I will take mymoney elsewhere.
