I had been craving frozen yogurt for quite some time, so I finally decided to visit this place after several years. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the quality had declined. Many flavors were unavailable, and the ones that were served were melted and lacked flavor. The yogurt was more icy than creamy. To make matters worse, a small cup cost $11, which I found to be overpriced. Despite these shortcomings, the restaurant was clean and the staff members were friendly.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, offering a wide selection of delicious flavors and toppings to choose from. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience.

I did not take any pictures because the restaurant was poorly lit, and it seemed outdated. Some of the flavors were not available, leaving only 12 choices. After trying all of them, only the mango and cotton candy had noticeable flavors. The vanilla, coffee, chocolate, cookies and cream, and others all seemed to lack taste, with a consistency more like icy grit than creamy. The toppings were good, but the excessive amount of ice made it hard to taste them. Overall, the quality of the frozen yogurt was disappointing and far below my expectations.

Always nice coming here. Very clean and always fresh. The topping counter is Lways mess free. Just left nathans which was a horror. Great job 16 handles turned my day around. Plus a little more healthier..Looks like they just recently installed new machines.Tastes a lot better. It also has a better consistency.

Terrible service. Unfriendly and rude staff. Grandkids sitting and eating and we forgotTo give them the $2 off coupon. We had not even left the store. We brought coupon up to cashier and explained we forgot to hand it in. They refused to refund the $2. They said we should use it for our next visit. There will never be another visit. They called the manager and she refused as well. So aside from being rude, unfriendly and uncooperative, the place is a total ripoff. Stay away.
