What User doesn't like about Subway:
The restaurant's posted hours indicated that they were open until 9:30. We arrived at 9:24 to quickly grab a sub to go, but were rudely told that they were closed. Interestingly, they had just finished serving a family who had ordered soft drinks. View all feedback.
Service was extremely slow and they have hardly veggies placed on my sandwich.
The young black guy working there was extremely rude to us. I told him light sauce 3 TIMES and he still did not do it. He heated up my meatballs in the microwave then dumped them on the sandwich and looked at me and said “Is that a problem?” And I said yes I said light sauce 3 times. And he said “That’s the lightest I can get it” I understand they have teenagers working there that don’t want to be there but that is no excuse to be rude to a paying customer. I will not be returning to this subway.
This time we're trying the best Philly Cheese Steak. What was here was something like Steakums and something resembling cheese put into a warmer oven. Pretty disgusting and not much of it.
Both people working in the shop were very rude and very nasty they acted like they hated their job and hated to be there
