The delivery drivers at this restaurant are fantastic! I recently had a young woman deliver my order, and she even included napkins, which was a nice touch (I think she might be new?). Additionally, they accept expired coupons, although you need to call the store for those deals — it’s not available online. That’s a great perk! Who else does that? Plus, the pizza is consistently perfect every time. I really love Papa... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Papa John's Pizza:
Tonight, we were tight on cash the night before payday and really could have used a free pizza for dinner. The owner or manager (I'm not exactly sure who he was, but he sounded like the owner) explained that he had intended to do something nice by participating in the program. However, a few teachers handed out 50 or more vouchers to students, leading to a flood of calls for 12-15 free pizzas, which overwhelmed the s... View all feedback.
The manager of this Papa John's goes the extra mile to make his customers happy. Pizza is always consistent and great. It's always ready when they say. Great job Jimmy!
What started out as a horrible delivery experience has turned into a completely redeemable experience. After having the wrong order delivered to my home and then waiting a considerable amount longer for the correct order the manager, James Wyatt was able to rectify the entire situation with free food and sincere apologies. He completely comped my entire order and also gave me a coupon for a free pizza. His generosity did not stop there, when I called to redeem my free pizza he actually threw in free breadsticks as well. What struck me most was he was honest about the mistake made with my delivery, he owned up to it and just did his best to remedy the situation
Ordered new pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. Bread sticks and a cookie. $40. To have it delivered and pizza was not cooked all the way. No topping on pizza just cheese. Beead sticks was plain no garlic Parmesan. And cookie was to done. Waste of money. No onewanted it.. This is not the first time i had a bad experience here. But it will be my last.
Only after my order was placed/paid did the site notify me delivery would take an *hour and a half*. I called the store less than 2 minutes later to switch to pickup, was immediately put on hold. After four minutes when no one picked up, I hung up andcalled again. The employee (who answered right away since they forgot/ignored me on hold) first insisted the pizza was in theoven, and that it?s location as such somehow made it impossible to change. Told them I would be there in less than ten minutes,to which they tried to insist couldn?t be done. They finally go to get a manager, and, to my huuuuuge (not) surprise, itmagically *could* be done. They then had the nerve to condescend to me and request I call ?sooner? next time. I guess twominutes after somehow isn?t ?soon?, but then again leaving me on hold for 4 minutes wasn?t answering soon either, so who knowswhat concept of time reigns in this place. Apparently all the employees here are capable of is being facetious and performingthe bare minimum by not improperly making orders. Take my advice. Go to the Papa Johns on 231 SW PSL Blvd, this location isn?tworth the cardboard their orders are boxed in.
Our voucher is valid until July 31, 2019, and I feel this situation is unfair to those of us who actually paid for the voucher to support the team. It seems like it should be straightforward to differentiate between valid orders and clarify that some customers are simply waiting to redeem a voucher. I wasn't even trying to order more than one free pizza!
