Mcdonald's - Jensen Beach

I attempted to use mobile pickup for my order, but it did not work, so I had to go into the restaurant. After sorting out the issues with my order, I returned to my car to find that one of two things had happened - either I received the 10-piece nugget I ordered but no 4-piece nuggets in the 2 happy meals, or they had put the happy meal nuggets in a separate bag and missed the 10-piece nuggets completely. Although the situation was easily corrected and the staff treated me well, it was disappointing that I still had to go into the restaurant despite using the app for mobile pickup.

The best McDonald's I have been to in 25 years! I walked in and ordered a fresh Big Mac with hot fries. It was absolutely delicious! The bun was soft and fluffy, the meat was fresh and not overcooked, the melted cheese and extra sauce made it even more delicious. My fries were hot and not too salty. In addition to the great food, the staff was very friendly and made sure to communicate to the kitchen that I wanted my meal fresh. I even tipped the cashier for their excellent service. The restroom was also very clean, with the only issue being the automatic flushing in the stall. I loved the modern retro decor and the comfortable chairs. Keep up the great work!

I recently found plastic in my McDouble at this restaurant. The customer service has really gone downhill. The young woman at the drive-thru window had a rude attitude and closed the window on me. I was just asking for a receipt! I had to ask the girl at the second window (wearing headphones) for it, but the printer was out of ink. I will be contacting management about this issue. Additionally, I found plastic in my burger, which is unacceptable. The young employees here lack respect and professionalism.

Continuously disappointing. do not say that they are open 24 hours if they will not offer anything on the menu late at night. every time I go here, it takes either literally 30-45 min to take care of 6 or 7 cars that are ridiculous, or they don't serve everything on the menu for time. tonight, when I came out of work and everything else is closed, drove here at 1:15 a.m. and they say they're just serving fish. how is this a sweat? everything about this location is hard to miss (customer service, organization and reliability) and has done nothing but downhill.

This is the worst McDonald’s in town!! I am a doordasher so I go here frequently and every time I come in no one greets me I’m waiting 10 minutes past pick up time. I see employees holding their phones while they are handling fries and peoples food. The employees are laughing and goofing around. This is absurd As a former McDonald’s employee DO BETTER! Train your employees better because if I was running that store a lot of the employees would be fired for what I see. This is absolutely ridiculous how these employees act with customers inside the lobby or even to look at how messy behind the counter is.
