What Ludmila Mojžíšová doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
that was terrible. our server was pleasant, but overwhelmed with much too many tables to handle. I understand that the managers deal with the short challenge. I couldn't arrange a manager in the foh operations. not an option, especially on a Saturday. Perhaps the manager should be more operational to support their employees instead of relying on the cracks of the pandemic. Perhaps that would help to keep personal, le... View all feedback.
Sarah was great. The food was fresh, fast and good. We have been to Chili's many, many, many times in about a million different cities and this experience was one of the best. However I might suggest a divider between the urinals in the men's room. Things got uncomfortable when the guy next to me told me I had a nice watch.
It's a chain, but it was very consistent which it nice to be able to know what you are getting when you walk in. Sever was amazing!
Chips and salsa y guacamole and the 2 for 1 margaritas is always a pleasure
Our visit here didn 't go well. Sometimes our intentions are seemingly well, but for some unforeseen reason, nothing goes the way we thought it would. We were greeted by the hostess and brought to our designated booth. I hadn 't thought about it but today was Veteran 's Day. Chili 's had four items that they offered free to veterans. I declined due to dietary restrictions. After carefully looking over the menu I decided on the double hamburger with fries. There was mention of and written offers of free salsa and chips. We even signed up to join their club on the electronic device on the table. That device told us that we would get free salsa and chips. I got to thinking that maybe we were invisible or something. Because the chips and salsa never arrived. No big deal though because I really didn 't care about chips and salsa. Anyway my wife had ordered a hamburger and fries. I had ordered a double hamburger and Caesar salad and my wife a bowl of soup. The sides arrived. Soup was good according to my wife. The salad was in a small bowl and consisted of lettuce drenched in their house Italian dressing. Apparently there aren 't any choices for dressings. The salad was unpalatable due to the massive amount of acidic dressing. Then the entree 's arrived. My wife 's hamburger looked like it was made from ground meat. Probably about 73% meat because of it 's oily look. My double hamburger had two thin patties made from some compilation of an unidentifiable meat by product, spices and fillers. Comparing my sandwich with my wife 's left me wondering why the difference ? I asked the waitress. Her response was, You got the double . Wow ! Getting the double hamburger means you get an inferior by product, not real meat! My wife did eat one half of her authentic meat burger. We got up and walked to the hostess station and relayed our experience. Now here is the highlight of our experience. The manager came over and in a highly professional and congenial manner decided to not charge us for this experience. The manager, Joseph, is a great asset for this restaurant. As ever,my opinions are honest and a reflection of my dining experience. The next time I visit Chili 's in Jensen Beach I will stay with the basics like steak and potatoes. Please say hello to Joseph and he will make sure you are taken care of.
This is one of my favorite places. I've come here a few times and everyone is super nice, attentive and professional. Waiters are great listeners and you don't even need to ask for refills they bring drinks before you are done with the first one. I definitely do recommend it
