that was terrible. our server was pleasant, but overwhelmed with much too many tables to handle. I understand that the managers deal with the short challenge. I couldn't arrange a manager in the foh operations. not an option, especially on a Saturday. Julionna wanted to go server. she was nice and funny. the food came out quickly and it was so delicious.
The service was terrible! they have accused us of the great time, do not know how to fix it! worst culinary experience ever!
Chili's has been a staple for my wife and I for 15+ years. This location has great food 90% of the time and the waiting staff are always friendly. Unfortunately covid has hit them like everyone else. We've had multiple times where there's only one waitress serving an entire side of the restaurant, which makes service a bit slow. However we're always patient since we know they are understaffed. Once they get back to full staffing this will be a 5* for Chili's.
Our waitress, Angie, was awesome! The food was better than expected. We were happy with the whole experience.
Everything was really good. The service the food and the bill!
