Workers seemed to not know what they were doing. Tried ordering 1921 burgers and they had no lettuce or tomatoes… tried ordering shake, and stated they didn't have shake… when continuing with order, young lady came across intercom and said well when you figure out what you want just let me know… I was in the middle of an order… so we left the line with no food… WILL NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! Food was delicious and usually is, hot and fresh! Yet I go there quite often and still have not met a pleasant or friendly employee ever, I don't think? I don't like abuse, but the taste and the speed keep me coming back. This store should be dubbed, “White Hassle”.
The customer service, quality of the food, and the time we waited to get our food was HORRIBLE! When I attempted to let the gentleman serving us know our order was incorrect, he got upset and talked over me. He told me several times I needed to just listen to what he was saying (incorrect information). When I asked if he could actually listen to what I was telling him, he said, “This is just how I talk so deal with it!” When he finally listened to what was wrong with my order, he said, “oh” and … – show
Great food when served fresh and hot, No drive through should take 25 minutes to go through (hire more qualified people)
Was very slow and took well over 30 mins to get our food.
