Convenient location nestled near the health centre. Friendly staff and patient people. While I can't speak for everyone, I've only personally had positive encounters; and remember friends, in this world—patience is key.Dietary restrictions: I would be careful if you are asking for dairy alternatives at Tim Hortons. If you are lactose intolerant, it might be best to just order your coffee black. You always have options.Parking: The parking zone is used and owned by a number of corporations in the area; most notably a medical centre. Therefore there is plenty of space for parking in this location due to the collation of private organizations although legally to park you have may need to pay close attention to the posted signage.Wheelchair accessibility: Due to being located near a medical centre, there are parking zones designated for permit-holders with driving ability.

It's a nice restaurant conveniently located across the street from where I live, but I'm only giving it three stars because there is a lady behind the counter, Vivian who seems to have an attitude problem!..When I make a purchase I like to place the money in the server's hand, instead of rudely throwing it at the counter, but Vivian insulted me in front of other customers by telling me to place the money on the counter instead of in her hand which offended me, ..There were other customers as well who told me that they had a problem with her, and I even remember one time when I was sitting there having a coffee and another customer yelled at her and told her about her attitude since she was also being rude to him when he placed his order with her which he came and sat at the next table and told me that as long as she works there he won't be going back!...Management needs to do something about that issue if they want their repeat customers to continue going there!..Either retrain her, or get rid of her!

It's like more than a week that the property manager at this location shut down the AC due to SAVE ENERGY in this ???weatherDanger of heat stroke hereThat's disgusting

Lazy staffs! They did not accept our wrap order one hour before closure!!

This place is an Air conditioner free place ..The AC never works !! I am enjoying my meal in 32 degrees perspiring !!Stay away ????
