What Jane P doesn't like about Slabtown Ribs Bbq:
The brisket was good. However, that was the only thing that was really tasty. Their traditional sauce lacked flavor. The biscuits were ok. The mac and cheese was decent. The service was adequate. They are one of the best in Portland.. Very tender Ribs!!! Good sauces!! Pretty good service... But!!! They are very inconsistent!!! Don't know if they are gonna be serving ribs today or not!!! But I'm gonna keep going!!! Cause good ribs are hard to find. And I like to support local businesses over chain's.. Ok.. I have to change my review.. I gave them 3 star's... But they deserve 5!!!
