What Melanie likes about Pastificio D’oro:
Such a cute place run by the sweetest people. Perfect Portland atmosphere. They open at 5 pm and there was already a line of people at 4:45 waiting to get in. Since the menu is small (changes every week) so they can whip out orders quickly. High quality, delicious food. Indoor and outdoor seating. It was worth the 40 minute drive we took to get here! The people working there are very pleasant and the atmosphere is great. The food though… horrible. I can only imagine the people reviewing this have never eaten pasta before. The ravioli was chewy and not properly cooked. It also cost $17 for a salad that was basically lettuce and a gross amount of cheese, and $32 for 5 poorly cooked raviolis with some tomatoes thrown on top.
