I live in Italy but I grew up in Vancouver, WA — right across the river — and my parents recently relocated back. Luckily for me, this means I get to visit Coquine on my annual trip back home. My 11 year old daughter and her friend just went there (1pm on 12/15/2022) for “grown up tea and pastries.” She said the service was rude (huffing when they said they needed more time to decide and generally unfriendly).
