A little slower service than I expected, salmon fries were to die for … had ordered blt sandwiche with fries and the dessert was to die

The bar is nice and clean, but the bartender was absolutely awful. I think her name was Margaret ? She ignored me for a long time when I came in and barely looked at me when tossing the menu on the bar. She made she the white customers were tended to and the drunkard spending all his money. I did order a drink, which was good but tasted like a sweet strawberry lemonade. I had fries which were good and the shrimp batter wasn't good. Based off the service, I shall never return. Poor customer service ruins everything for me. Womp, womp.

Today was my first time dining at Kings Corner. I never knew it was there. The place is easy to find. Parking is annoying, of course. It's Jenkintown. The food and cocktails are delicious. My only complaint is the choice of a separate check not being doable for a group. Figuring out a check, who ate what and who owes what at the table is tacky. Other than that I enjoyed myself. I plan to return real soon.

Avoid going there during the day if you're looking to watch sports. The server was too lazy to locate the basic cable channel, Fox Sports 1, which is available on every cable and satellite provider.
