Ihop - Jenkintown

My family dined at this IHOP this morning, and it was an outstanding experience. I have a disability and an emotional support dog, and both the hostess and our waitress were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly attentive not only to us but also to my dog, ensuring she had water and even providing her with food. I truly appreciated the exceptional service we received. If you're looking for a restaurant that embraces service animals, this is definitely the place to go.

I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars because I've often encountered low-quality service during my visits. However, when I went on Monday morning, I had the pleasure of being served by a wonderful staff member named Jade, who provided some of the best service I’ve experienced in years. If you visit and have her as your server, you can expect exceptional, prompt, and precise service along with outstanding hospitality.

I visited this restaurant with my parents before they headed back to New York, and we had a wonderful experience. Talisha—if I remember her name correctly—was doing an amazing job managing both takeout orders and dine-in tables all by herself for most of the morning! It seemed like there were only two chefs in the kitchen, yet our food was served promptly without any delay. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and attentive, and the place was clean. I would definitely return the next time my parents are in town.

Everyone and their granny was there for Mother's day! The service, even though it was short staffed, was truly nice. Our server was workin' double time and could only work as fast as the food was done. She was super friendly and like one of the fam', wish I remembered her name. No reflection on her, but the place needs to be cleaned. The floors need to be scrubbed, the windows and walls cleaned. I'd gladly get food from there again cause it was good, but only after I've seen the kitchen.

Delicious food, reasonable prices, and incredibly friendly service! I celebrated my birthday here, although I didn't mention it. When the waitress noticed me with gifts, she wished me a happy birthday. Just a few minutes later, the staff surprised me by coming out, singing a birthday song, and presenting me with a big, delicious sundae. It was such a lovely gesture!
