The food and drinks at this restaurant were delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. Our server and other staff members treated us poorly, despite this, we still left a tip. It is a shame that my husband and I will not be returning to this establishment, as we enjoyed the atmosphere and the tasty food. The employees need to work on being more customer-friendly. Love this place. Decent food and beer selection. Plenty of games to play for adults or kids. Relaxing atmosphere in covered sections with fire pit.
Came for a corporate work outing and we had a great time. The food was pretty good, the service was great and the games were awesome. Would definitely come back again.
Atmosphere is amazing. You have plenty to do here, never boring. And it's located next to a great park. Food is 6/10. Hospitality is great.
Very cool atmosphere. Service was not great. They only had 2 waitresses and what appeared to be a shift manger. The manager did a lot of standing at the window just looking at the cooks waiting for food. She could have been better about filling up drinks and helping out in other ways. I don't know if the slow kitchen had her stressed or what. Food was good and the atmosphere is awesome.
We had a great time at Union! We had a large group around a fire pit and it worked out perfectly. The food was fast and delicious and the games were a blast for all ages. Highly recommended.
