This Subway location needs to be honest about their hours. I've visited several times, and they were never open despite their posted hours online and on the doors. Subway, please get it together!
I sympathize with the two employees who appeared unable to make any decisions without a manager on site. The restaurant has been running on very limited hours for quite a while because of staff shortages, resulting in long waits for meals. It's disappointing since this is one of the few dining options available in town, and their service definitely needs improvement. Online ordering was not an option, and when the employees contacted their manager for help, they got no support—the discount was only available online. Overall, eating here felt like a frustrating experience. Significant improvements are necessary.
It seems like Subway is heading towards closure. I anticipated this when they reduced their hours. It's disappointing! Now we have to travel out of town again, just like we do for everything else. The menu has become unavailable locally, which is a real shame.
My grandkid went out to get dinner with a $50 bill and ordered her usual, steak. However, she was given the wrong change, and the staff insisted she had paid with a $20 instead. Unfortunately, this led to an awkward situation for her when she had to face her mom. After multiple phone calls and visits to resolve the issue, she eventually got her money back. It was a really unpleasant experience for a 10-year-old.
