Very skimpy on the meats and the toppings. It's mostly just bread. The atmosphere feels stale at times. Most of the employees seem knowledgeable and upbeat.
I placed an online order and was missing two ingredients. When I called to address the issue, the person I spoke to was quite rude. They acknowledged that they saw my add-ons but ended up blaming the manager, who wasn't even present. What was that all about?
During my last two delivery orders, I encountered issues. In my second-to-last order, an entire sub was missing. I reached out to customer service, and while the owner did respond, I never heard back when I inquired about getting my $10 refund. In my most recent order, they also forgot a drink and a cookie from the cookie box. These minor mistakes, along with poor communication, indicate a lack of care and attention to detail from both the owner and staff. I will not be ordering from this location again, nor will I recommend it. It's better to choose a restaurant that values its customers.
The prices are too high and they don't accept any coupons. If Subway isn't going to honor discounts, what's the point of having an app? They should consider shutting it down.
