Best little corner store! This place has everything you could possibly need, including hot meals. They offer pizza, grinders, subs, salads, and more. You can also find all the basic essentials for travelers. The best part is that they sell beer, including popular brands, at fantastic prices! Their six-packs are cheaper than Shaw's in Lancaster. The staff is always very courteous. We make it a point to stop by whenever we're in town.
We had an amazing day at Santa's Village and were looking for a nearby spot to grab some takeout. This pizza place was just down the street and seemed like the perfect option for a quick and easy dinner. I called in our order and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. We arrived on time but ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for our food because it was quite busy. During our wait, we overheard estimates for phone orders rising to between 60 to 90 minutes! Just to clarify, this place does not operate like a regular restaurant. It functions more as a well-stocked corner store, catering to all your lottery, beer, and cigarette needs, which explains its popularity among the locals. No one complained about the food; my kids were tired and hungry, so they happily devoured everything on their plates.
I first discovered this place years ago when my daughter was young, and we would make our annual trip from Boston to Santa's Village in the White Mountains. Despite being a corner store, they offer just about everything you could need, along with some delicious pizza available by the whole or by the slice. If the pizza on display doesn’t appeal to you, feel free to ask; they usually have something fresh coming out of the oven. Now that my daughter has grown up, I still find myself riding my motorcycle over from Maine most weekends to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the White Mountains and to grab a cup of coffee and a quick slice, along with all the wonderful memories that accompany it.
