What really impresses me is the overall customer service, particularly from the General Manager. She's the only one I've seen at a fast food place in the area who actively interacts with customers. Unlike others, she doesn't shy away from engaging with diners and is quick to assist her team whenever they need help. All the employees are professional and courteous, making for a wonderful dining experience.

I know it is not really their fault but it is aggravating.

I kid, but you... read more Love the Beyond Burger...but man it is so MESSY. You almost get a salad with the burger. Often 2 slices of tomato and a quarter head of lettuce. I kid, but you do get a lot of vegetables. They could cut back on the condiments as well, sometimes the patty slides out of the buns. Pray you get LOTS of napkins.
