I sat for 18 min in the drive through because the staff from the night before didn't sit out grilled chicken to thaw....? Why didn't they notice this before 1pm? I couldn't have been the only perspn to order that?

Tonight, I arriv... read more My experience at this Bojangles has been quite disappointing. I've been there three times, and on two occasions, the staff were extremely rude. Tonight, I arrived at the drive-thru at 8:49 PM, only to be informed after I placed my order and paid that they were out of several items, including white gravy, mashed potatoes, fries, rice, and mac and cheese. They also mentioned that it would take some time to prepare fresh chicken. While the person at the window was friendly this time, I have decided not to return. Each visit has taken at least 40 minutes in the drive-thru, which is unacceptable. It's unfortunate because the food is delicious, though it is a bit pricey.
