I called first to make sure they were doing food orders and Ub... read more I ordered Uber Eats tonight at 1 AM. The evening of Friday, and early morning of Saturday May 23. I called first to make sure they were doing food orders and Uber Eats so late in the night. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and a smoked sausage sandwich with fries. I waited OVER AN HOUR for the driver to get here with my food. Upon having the driver arrive, I take my food into my house and it's the wrong order. I received a small side of fries and an order ofBuffalo wings. I don't eat Buffalo wings or I really wouldn't have cared. I called the store to let them know what happened and I was put on hold (the guy just said hold on) and then for the next 10 minutes I hear him laughing andconversing with friends that are in the store. He never came back to the phone, so I hung up and contacted Uber Eats to try and fix this. They refunded my money, but I still have no food to eat. I would HIGHLY ADVISE taking your moneyelsewhere as it does not seem like they care about their business. It's a shame that this happened because I order takeout often and my mother and sister have only said good things about this place. I cannot wait to tell them how rudely Iwas treated just for trying to get my order fixed. ? Lesson learned.

Also, customer servi... read more Incredible, I am from out of town and really crazed a Louisiana po-boy, and boy this did not disappoint, plus the price was extremely fair. Also, customer service is class, top-notch. It's family owned and they really try and get to know the customer. Hell, the owner of the store offered me a ride back to my hotel at the hospital!
