They never dress the burgers right, they never have FRESH tea and everything is always packaged horribly. Today after not one, but THREE messed up burgers I called just to let the manager know this is a on going issue. She was completely rude and did not care one bit as she HUNG UP IN MY FACE when I told her I could not return with the messed up order until I could close my shop after 4:00. If

The chili cheese fries are really good too. The employees have that real New Orleans style friendliness that is sadly getting rareto find. Highly recommend!
