Barberitos - Jefferson

We have visited this restaurant for the last time. We ordered pickup last night and as shown in the photo, they only included a small portion of vegetarian tacos for $10, which was not enough to feed even a 2-year-old. Additionally, they forgot to include the large guacamole we ordered. When we called about the missing item, they said a manager would call today to issue a refund. However, we only received a refund of $6.49 and the tax was not refunded. We have been to this location multiple times and unfortunately, the spicy chicken dish is not up to par. It tastes and has the texture of canned chicken. We will be sticking with the Epps location, where the food and service are far better. It's a shame that we can't have the same experience at the Jefferson location.
