As is often the case in these situations, my instincts kicked in. My quick thinking, combined with my fast reflexes, led me to shake the cup a few more times, making things worse! The drink spilled even more, soaking everything around me and splattering on my poor hands. It got into every corner and crevice of the seats that are already difficult to clean. What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
The burrito was dry, and the eggs tasted old, just like the tickets. My drinks had way too much ice, but the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the burritos fell apart as well. View all feedback.
Drive through is ok, not a bad traffic pattern. Service is good as the waitstaff jumps in and out of the building to attend to the drive up customers. Food: well, if you are hungry again within a half hour, then something is lacking; especially after having spent $20 for lunch. Menu board is well lit, easily read, and the voice on the other side is cheerful and welcoming.
*UPDATE from 1 to 3 stars! In the past couple of months the service has greatly improved. My drinks and food have been made correctly for the past 4-5 trips in a row and the new carhops are super sweet! They do need to clean up the lot and make some repairs. Maybe, speed up service. But, I will say that I grow patience when everything is done correctly so thank you! From my previous review that consisted of complaints due to loud rap and dirty restrooms with rude carhops I would say this is a big leap forward! Great job!
Sonic has change, been a while since I eat sonic and always was good because is expensive compared to other fast food places but not this time,this time order a classic chicken sandwich that was really small and burn as you can see on the picture. I know we all make mistakes that sometimes we don't notice but I'm sure the cook seen that bun when put on that patty!
Food was awesome! Had issues getting order right. The person taking the order first completes our order before we were done talking then we were missing four things. Called to tell them that then they brought 2 of those 4 things out. Called again and they brought the rest out the 3rd time. Still didn't bring the forks we asked for the first time but got tired of asking. The final person who brought the last piece handed us our food with attitude like it was our fault that they couldn't read the order right. Very dissapointing!
Drive up to the drive thru and waited for about 5 minutes with no response. Went to a side station and pressed the red button, it's been nearly 10 minutes. Just got a response. I understand it's COVID but I do at least expect someone to say something at the drive thru. And I do expect some form of service (even if it's a please hold) within 10 minutes. A very bad experience.
