Very disappointed with a very rude waitress and wrong order with no desire for her to “make it right” — they messed up the avocado toast and she said “I can have them remake it, if you want to wait another 20—25 minutes … I said ok just forget it then… at that point we had already waited 30 minutes for our food to come out. thankful the manager noticed and asked me if anything was wrong. Food was not warm, forgot to bring coffee, had to ask for, so came out after food was brought out. Hash browns was brought out after finished with meal. Had a discount card for 6.99 off second meal. They couldn’t figure out how to run it. So said they were sorry try next time. Sorry probably won’t come back

Those poor employees. I don't know if their heater was broke, but it was cold inside and out. They only had a large space heater near the entrance. I had to wear my coat while I ate. The employees were great and very attentive

Staff is rude and don't care. Booths all falling apart looks run down

IHOP is always awesome and our server was so so sweet!
