I give this place a one star bc when I got my sausage egg toaster sandwich.. I opened it up and I had a burnt sausage patty right on top my sandwich.. this place sucks Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
For over 2 years I had a 5 star review. It 's changed. Today I ordered 3 drinks. 2 large 1 medium at 510pm on Thursday 08-29-2024. I arrived at 523pm. Pulled Into stall 1 and checked in on app. waited until 547pm and the screen said James was bringing out our order. At 549pm The sign changed to push button for order. At 552 pm, 42 minutes after i ordered 3 drinks. I finally pushed the button. The person said the manager was coming out. The manager came to the truck with a small bag. I said I didn 't order that I ordered drinks. He said, What did you order? I said never mind I gotta go. Ordered 3 drinks 45 minutes ago, and now you have no clue even what i ordered? I aint got time to wait i gotta go. Just refund my money. He said, If I can find it ill think about it I told him my name and said, refund my money I gotta go. I had three slushes. My order was $6.25. I ordered a large grape slush, large strawberry slush and a medium lemonade slush. I WILL get my money back. I won 't be back to Sonic until that incompetent clown of a manager is gone. Please know I will not stop until you refund my money. I haven 't heard anything good about this Sonic. I have only had a few problems until now and that 's why you had a 5 star review for over the last two years from me. Your manager changed all that.
I hate leaving not so positive reviews. But I'm honestly shocked with the service I had tonight. All we wanted was some ice cream, and waited 20-30 mins. We weren't hateful, just curious why it was taking a minute. So we pressed the button, and the employee answered in a slightly irritable tone. I get if y'all were short handed or super busy. But there was maybe 2 cars in the drive thru line and 2 in the stalls, us included. What if I had been some secret shopper, or the owner of the company checking to see how my store was being ran. You might want to talk to Marshall about his poor customer service skills.
They forgot some our order while we were there,so I had to call with the button again. After i got home I realized I was missing 2 of the 6 drinks i had ordered. The guy proceeds to tell me its my fault I forgot my drinks because I left and didn't realize they were missing until after I got home. Argued with me for like 10 minutes on the phone about what was on my receipt, basically calling me a liar. Calls the carhop in while on the phone and asks him what drinks he brought out to me. I hung up after that. Won't be back to sonic in Jay. Management sucks! I just wanted the drinks i paid for!
