I have repeatedly encountered delays with my orders at this restaurant. Even when I arrive 10 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time, my order is seldom ready.... read more I have repeatedly encountered delays with my orders at this restaurant. Even when I arrive 10 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time, my order is seldom ready. The staff tend to be unfriendly, especially after 6 PM. Moreover, my food is rarely prepared correctly unless management is around to supervise. It's disheartening to witness the decline in service quality at Casey's compared to how it used to be.

I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone at the restaurant since no one is answering the phone. Went to other register checked out other customers then came back to call the... read more All I needed was a gift card. The clerk couldn’t figure out how to sell it to me. Went to other register checked out other customers then came back to call the manager that “she just left” didn’t do anything to help. I Offered to get a gift card from the gift card area instead of the one register. I was told I’d have to do $20 even tho, it’s stated on the package 5-200. I said that’s fine I’ll stick to the one without packaging. After the clerk gout off the phone said “I can’t do it”, I paid with cash for my soda. Was told they didnt have any pennys she just looks me. I said ok, she asked if it was ok if I didn’t get the pennies.. well since there’s a line behind me, NO. So, Casey’s your welcome for the 3 cents “tip” Oh when she checked the 2 receipts on register, neither was mine asked if I needed the receipt. NO, let’s not make the even longer line of people wait for a receipt you probably wasn’t trained on reprinting the manager u would call not help you in serving your customer.

There was only one person working the register, and the other staff member didn’t open the second register until the line was all the way back to the coolers. I ended up setting my items down and leaving.

The pizza at Casey's is fantastic. Whenever I'm on a band trip, I always grab something quick here and never regret it. The prices are a bit on the higher side,... read more The pizza at Casey's is fantastic. Whenever I'm on a band trip, I always grab something quick here and never regret it. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the delicious food makes it worth it. The salads are excellent, though the burgers aren't really my top choice. The slushies are a definite yes—I always enjoy one. There are still plenty of items I haven’t tried yet, and I’m looking forward to exploring more. If you’re in a hurry, grab a salad; it will brighten your day, but be careful not to use too much dressing.

However, I ordered another pizza on May 2nd, 2022, and unfortunately, they still didn't follow the instructions.

However, I placed another pizza order on 5/2/22, and they still didn't follow the instructions properly.
