When th... read more The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and an extensive menu. We ordered a few dishes: loaded fries, mango salsa shrimp tacos, and a chicken bacon wrap. When the food arrived, it looked quite appealing, but unfortunately, none of the items had any real flavor. They were all very bland. It's disappointing, especially given the menu's variety.

The pretzel w... read more The food is usually excellent, but on game night, there were no specials. The shrimp and grits were very dry, and the crawfish cheese dip was off. The pretzel was good, but I was disappointed because I was trying to watch the game and had to leave before it finished. They close at 9 PM, and if you’re going to call yourself a sports bar, you should let patrons watch the entire game. Also, the waiter was wearing short shorts, and his hairy legs were unappealing, especially compared to the other male waiters who were dressed in nice, appropriate shorts. Is there a dress code for the staff?

After I got my drink and food, I wanted another drink but had to wait nearly 15 minutes for the bartender to return. By the time she came back and asked if I wanted anything else, I was already ready to leave. It seems like the staff has really declined; they seem more focused on smoking or their phones than on serving customers. There are a couple of bartenders, Melissa and Will, who are great, but I guess they were off today.
