It's a McDonald's, what do you expect? Why do they not have bagel sandwiches down South?

I want a corporate number to discuss why there is a manager screaming at her employees and treating them as if their trash. The manager is messing orders up back to back and the employees especially one at drive thru 3/8/24 at 12:02 am is fixing the orders while being yelled at. I will not put up with this and will keep contacting till I know why it’s okay for her to act this way. I wouldn’t have that woman in my restaurant if it was the last thing I did

Azona the manager was being extremely unprofessional and rude to her employees never in my 5 years coming here have I seen someone act that way. She was SCREAMING at her employee in window and the girl standing beside her even though she RIPPED my order out of this lady’s hands and didn’t listen too her while she told her it was mine. This lady did amazing and her sweet heart was trying not to loose her cool I definitely would have

Woman at drive thru window takeing money today was real nice but when we got to 2 window the older woman working it giving food was very ugly with us and turn to hell the manger my friend was being hell her words when all we did was ask for a sauce that was not gave to use and some napkins because we needed those with a little one with us! In all our food was good

If u r asking about something and u don't skip to another sandwich u need to make sure that what they want. We was asking about the double fish sandwich and if they steam the buns or toast them, when we got done we ended up with a regular fish sandwich instead of a double and I said something about it and the manager said that we didn't order it like that, and yes we did becoz we ordered 2 double fish meals but we ended up with a single meal. Your employees need to start listening to people alot better. I use to be a shift manager and it's a little hard to believe that manager and employees treat customers the way they do now
