Unfortunately, my order was wrong from the start; I ordered 16 pieces of chicken, 2 sides of potatoes, and 2 sides of mac and cheese, but somehow I received coleslaw instead. I called to address the issue, and the employee offered to make it up to me another night. However, I ended up calling back because the chicken had an unpleasant smell and tasted terrible. At first glance, it looked fine, but the crust was extremely hard, and the chicken was incredibly dry. One large piece was just crust with no meat on it. We couldn't eat it and I wouldn't want anyone else to have that experience either. As it stands, they promised to fully make up for my order. For over $50, I expected much better; they really let me down this time. On a positive note, the biscuits were great! I ended up using them to make a breakfast meal for dinner.

Maybe they can figure out why the Jasper Al franchise is subpar.
