CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! Me and my husband always get the same thing everytime we go. I happened to look at my receipt and noticed we were charged 3x for a drink and chips. So looked back at the last 4 times we visited and realized it happened those times too. I brought my receipt to the manager and the lady that rang us up to show her what had happened. She said she had noticed that happening alot lately. The manager really did not care or apologize. I did get my money backfor that visit I was overcharged. So always check your receipt.

Today, we decided to give Jersey Mikes a try. Service is terrible and slow. I was the only customer ordering at the moment. Soon, about 4-5 more customers came in. I placed my order about 5 minutes before anyone else. After waiting and waiting, I noticed that people who ordered long after I did were getting their order and heading out the door. I asked about my order and they had my order sitting there next to the cash register. They never called may name. Turns our theyare calling out numbers? When I placed my order they asked my name and I saw them write my name on the ticket. Seems that somewhere along the way, they decided to call out some kind of magical numbers and not your name. The Subs weregood but cold by the time I got them. The team here does not seem to have the process down. If you want a good sub, go to Firehouse Subs. Jersey Mikes in okay, service and attitudes are not good. If you are trying to manage your high bloodpressure, stay away from this particular Jersey Mikes.

I 'm really surprised by all the poopy reviews here. I stopped in on Saturday 10/1/22 at about 8:50pm with them closing at 9:00pm. I apologized to the lady at the order counter for being one of those peeps coming in right at closing time. She couldn 't have been nicer saying no problem, what can we get for you with a genuine tone smile. I ordered their Original Italian with all the toppings, heavy on The Juice Seasonings. Got home shared it with my lady we boththought the sandwich was very good. So; ????? 's for service. ????? 's for cleanliness. ????? 's for yummy sandwich.
