The Old Mulehouse - Jasper

Absolutely wonderful! Came here for the first time and our waiter, John, was a sweetheart and very attentive. All the staff was kind. I got the lamb gyro and it was perfect. The Kentucky Mule was also delicious. The best part was dessert, creme brulee withwhipped cream, just phenomenal. Highly recommend!!

Some friends and I came in from out of town for the weekend and came for dinner. I have very rarely felt so tended to at restaurant than I did here. It was a wonderful dining experience. To start, the tap list looked so thoughtfully chosen. Iselected a Belgian quad, which was brought to me in the appropriate glassware. For a craft beer enthusiast, I always notice theglassware. The beer was wonderful. Our server Gabe was phenomenal at helping me choose the pork tenderloin which was juicy andseasoned to perfection and topped with an interesting and well balanced sauce. The space and decor was also so nice. I could seethe thought that was put into all of it. Thank you to the staff for enhancing an already beautiful weekend during our stay inJasper.

I had the pasta. It was delicious. The pretzel would've been better if it was salted. Everyone enjoyed their food. The service was really good. My biggest complaint is the live music. They weren't good, and it was too loud for the building. We could barely hear each other speak and asked to be moved to the back of the restaurant. We will definitely be back.

The atmosphere and service was good. I tried the old fashioned and left half of it which I 've never done before but it was very bad. You can 't go off the menu pictures online from our experience. The chicken parm sandwich looked awesome but ended up like a McDonald 's commercial bait and switch, they should hire whoever made the food for the pictures. The pretzel had no salt and the dough was sweet, the beer cheese left a lot to be desired. We were really disappointed considering the reviews. Wouldn 't recommend and won 't be going back.

We recently had a rehearsal dinner for my son’s wedding here. It was a wonderful experience! Chelsea was so kind and easy to work with. Her staff was courteous and helpful. The food was amazing and absolutely delicious. I could not have asked for more.. we were pleased with everything. Thanks Chelsea and everyone at The Ole Mulehouse!
