Prices have went up but it seems that service with a smile has went way down. They practically throw the food out of the drive thru window and no thank no have a nice day. Just an attitude of get out of the way so I can throw food at the next car. Kind of sad that this once fantastic jacks has sank so low. View all feedback.

Id give this Jacks 0 stars. It is always a disaster here. They want more but don 't even deserve minimum wage, they mess up everything. No thanks, I don 't want my double gravy on this plate, who would? ? if your cup holders are full don 't even think about pouring the liquids out in the drive thru so you can make room... How do you get a cold biscuit at 6:45am? Not warm, cold like it was from yesterday and a piece of bologna that was the same.

The place is nasty. Roaches and flies. A roach literally fell on me.
Morning shift/breakfast is great. Once that crew is gone the afternoon shift night shifters are horrible and so is the food.
