Young help not friendly, ungrateful to have a job. No smile, no thank you. So when they didn 't turn my my ice cream over on either serving. I ask why, I didn 't want to... then I said, Then mine are free . Made them mad, as well as the manager. Oh well, do your job . View all feedback.
My brother is there working a job and was told your ice cream machine has been down for over a week??? And you all call yourself a Dairy Queen??? Shame on you!! Boo!!
Out of ice cream and taco shells. 2 main things we came for.

Order something through door dash and only got a drink did not get the one thing I wanted which was a blizzard this is the worst customer service, highly recommended the management team and owner rethink their business practice or completely get out of the service sector
