I’ve never had a bad experience here. The steak was done medium rare just like I asked, the cactus blossom appetizer was amazing and it comes with a delicious dipping sauce! (Also we found out that the cactus blossom reheats nicely in the air fryer, so we got to enjoy it the next day too!)Oh, and it wouldn’t be a Roadhouse review if I didn’t mention the rolls!!!!! I know that prime rib has some fat. But a quarter of mine was fat. Plus it was dry! This is the second time. Same restaurant two different locations! This one was not as dry as the first one in Rockford! They must be putting it in a microwave to warm it up! But I didn't complain. I just ate it! View all feedback.
