I’ve never had a bad experience here. The steak was done medium rare just like I asked, the cactus blossom appetizer was amazing and it comes with a delicious dipping sauce! (Also we found out that the cactus blossom reheats nicely in the air fryer, so we got to enjoy it the next day too!)Oh, and it wouldn’t be a Roadhouse review if I didn’t mention the rolls!!!!! What Michael Cramp doesn't like about Texas Roadhouse:
I know that prime rib has some fat. But a quarter of mine was fat. Plus it was dry! This is the second time. Same restaurant two different locations! This one was not as dry as the first one in Rockford! They must be putting it in a microwave to warm it up! But I didn't complain. I just ate it! View all feedback.
Excellent family experience. Food was excellent! Service was attentive.Caution: they turn over tables so fast here! I gathered my kids, and walked out the door. Forgot my leftovers. Came back 2 minutes later and the table was turned. I spoke with the hostess stand who said procedure is to bring forgotten leftovers to the hostess stand for a period of time but this time was a miss. I just wanted to notify The manager about this so it could be corrected in the future. Tamera the manager speedily remade my leftovers. Excellent service! Thanks Tamera!

Absolutely horrible service. Would give negative stars if I could.
Always a great time at Texas Road House. The only that Changed since I been there was the peanuts are no longer in barrels but placed nicely in sealed bags. Other then that still top quality food great customer service and polite atmosphere.
Ordered takeout online and received my reciept with what I assume to be someone else's order. Didn't check my order until I got home after a 20 minute drive.
