When I arrived, a blonde employee was on the phone and, rather than helping me, she continued her conversation and stepped outside, leaving me alone in the store. After waiting for some time and seeing her sitting outside still on her phone, I chose to leave. This was one of the least helpful interactions I've had with any employee.

But at least they had poor service to make up fortheir other failures.

Additionally, the Middle Eastern woman at the counter was quite rude and had an unpleasant attitude. I won't be returning there. I've also submitted a complaint to the Subway corporate office.

To start with, the staff there seem unprofessional. They made my sandwich using frozen vegetables, which was quite disappointing. Also, don't bother trying to use a coupon, as they don't accept them. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway.
