The biscuits were mediocre at best.

The restaurant was quite dirty, my order was incorrect, the wait was unbearably long, and the chicken was very tough.

We visited the KFC in Jamestown, Tennessee two nights in a row. Both times, they closed early and couldn’t complete our order. Tonight at 9:30, we went there on... read more We visited the KFC in Jamestown, Tennessee two nights in a row. Both times, they closed early and couldn’t complete our order. Tonight at 9:30, we went there only to be told they didn’t have enough food to prepare anything. Last night, we arrived about 15 minutes before closing, which is somewhat understandable, but they said they had thrown all the food away and had nothing left. I do not recommend the KFC in Jamestown, Tennessee. The staff were rude and disrespectful and seemed to stop caring once their shift was over.

Seriously, KFC, what’s going on? When I approached the counter to grab some ketchup, no one was around to help. After a few minutes of waiting, a staff member finally inquired if I needed anything. I asked for some ketchup, and she quickly brought it to me. I don't think I'll be dining at KFC again. For $30, I’d prefer to go somewhere I can actually enjoy my meal.

W... read more We ordered takeout from this restaurant, but unfortunately, some of our food was missing when we got home. We had to make a trip back into town to pick it up. We hope they can improve their service in the future; otherwise, they risk losing customers.
