Home cooking. We ate here today. I had the boo yah sandwich and my wife had the ham sandwich. For the desert, the fried honey **** is sun-rich. We hope to eat here again. View all feedback.
What Brandon Kristofer Pinco Cabanillas doesn't like about West End Cafe:
Frozen or canned biscuits, I couldn't distinguish between the two. Not a bad place, but it ain't nothing like granny did. Kid-friendliness: Your not allowed to have a high chair in a corner table. Because there's not enough room! View all feedback.
I had high hopes for this divey little local joint, but the food here was pretty boring. The fries and catfish tasted like they were right out of any other fast food joint. The coleslaw was good. The cornbread was weird. I did not like it. It had a sour flavor and was missing any sweetness, which may be a local variant of cornbread that I'm not accustomed to. At least it seemed like it was made in house. In the end, it was just kinda forgettable. Too bad.
I had a great omelet and good fellowship with friends.
Fast great service Parking: Plenty of room to park Kid-friendliness: Very good Wheelchair accessibility: Good
Very good home style cooking. Been here a few times and always great. Only down side is they don’t take
I couldn't tell if the biscuits were frozen or canned. The restaurant isn't bad, but it doesn't compare to what my grandmother used to make. As for kid-friendliness, they don’t allow high chairs at the corner tables because there's not enough space!
