I ordered a matcha iced latte that I wasn't expecting much from since it was from an airport kiosk. I noticed they used a pre-packaged matcha mix, which was disappointing. When I tried it, the drink was just icy milk with clumps of powdery matcha that didn't dissolve. I had also asked for light ice, but the cup was filled all the way to the top. I may consider finding a better place for matcha, or even trying a diffe... View all feedback.
On 2/1/22 from gate c66, term 5 in jfk airport. world beans the gourkuma tee was fantastic. the croissant great. but better was the service of lawren and their 2 employees. So I was on the handy busy- my wife ordered without asking- lawren noticed and confirmed with me -super glad she asked. my wife ordered wrong and the workers used good sence by asking. I changed to what I wanted, and the workers knew what was quickly committed and I was super happy.
A terrible first experience here. I asked for a big ice game. After he had upset me, I asked no one to stumble. somehow the man who excited me, translated a shot espresso in my iceball. he said this doesn't come with espresso and I said yes, I said I don't want to be a threat. but the music was so loud that I don't think he heard me. After giving me a brown/green ice drink, I said there were some confusion when I told him that I didn't want to stumble. he said he would make me another one, but they ran out of matcha. I ended my $6 drink and was not compensated for another. ah. I wouldn't get a drink here before a flight.
JFK terminal 5 , by gate 18 , I ordered a cup of black coffee with a shot of espresso. The attendant had her head down watching something on her phone. Once she noticed me and I told her what I wanted. She refused and told me she was not going to make espresso. When I asked why she just repeated herself and refused to fill my order. I walked away and took my business to Starbucks . Such poor service. I guess she didn’t want to miss her movie.
There are two girls working . There were both on their phones having full conversations while taking orders (EarPods) refused to warmed up the croissants . Had to remind them several times that I was still waiting for my coffee . In conclusion donuts were old and hard croissants were cold and not delicious- coffee didn’t taste like a latte — spent $27 and my kids spat out their food a s I dump mines . Worst place to eat anything at JFK is WORLDBEAN. Customer service was the worst .
Ok coffee and world's worst bagel. Attendants were good and almost no line tho.
