Worker service of the worst manager must correct training.wurst dunking place ever

I have just dunkin donuts near the 169th street on hillside in Jamaica, nyc. this is unfortunately one of the bad experiences I had at this site. so much that it is justified a complaining. I order to eat in register, and before I can finish my order, the kerl goes away in register. he then fights extremely loud with his employees behind the counter. this went 10 minutes before he came back to the register and seemed confused why I still stand there. I told him you didn't complete my order or took me money, but you're fighting with your employees it's really bad customer service. he could at least complete my order (because he started) before he left. In addition, screaming and screaming behind the counter is very unprofessional. that's not the first bad experience I had. it seems that they are always delivered short with products. especially there is never a lot of munchkins available to name some. it is 2 o'clock on Saturday afternoon. how is the product already finished? is someone not filling up the stock? I'm going to talk to you elsewhere. it is really regrettable. with dissatisfied,A very dissatisfied customer

Cashier doesn't know how to pick up. manager doesn't know how to deal with her mistake or serve. they make mistakes and will try to put it on the debt to customers. be careful when they order and receive. the best way to avoid any headaches, not even disturb to go there. they spend their money somewhere where the employees take care.

The customer service was terrible. had to wait a while before they called me, they think the two youngs see me, but they decide to stand and continue their conversation while I wait. instead of packing the food, the girl gave me a bag and the box separated. they must work on their customer service skills.

This is a genuinely bad dunkin! The female cashiers are always rude and they never prepare any order properly. I have been there so many times, I can't remember at least one time I got proper customer service or got my orders properly! I really don’t want to go there but this is the closest dunkin to my house! So horrible!
