Jaen stopper. in a hill a few meters above the city of jaén one of the most impressive fortresses of Andalucía. At the top, next to the castle of Santa Catalina, the parador is a new-floor building up in the enclosure of the fortress originating from the s.VIII. elegant, beautiful, renovated and with history. the bartender antonio s. who attends at breakfast is very friendly and professional. Stunning building, it is a castle like fairy tales, very friendly and super attentive staff. the views are exceptional, it is on a hill overlooking the entire city. the only slightly negative aspect is that by the enclave the access road is narrow and with enough curves, but it is still ten minutes from the center by car.
I have a chemical sensitivity problem. They got it all down. Since 2016 I had been unable to go to any hotel. They were friendly and very professional. Congratulations. I will never forget this. I have been able to return to a place of my beloved childhood.
Very nice building in a modernized castle. the cafeteria room is great. I'm saving to get back.
The hill of Santa Catalina is ideal to have chosen to make the parador there. the views are impressive. the rehabilitation of the parador is impeccably accurate. both reception and catering people are very kind. The pool is my preferred space and squirrels. It is common to see them walk like a stone around their house, even get close to drinking! Wonderful!
Of the rooms I cannot say, since I have not been in them. The service is predictable, and I'm going to say location, it's wonderful. Whoever hasn't left, let him go, don't lose him, it's very nice.
