I was not surprised by the tasting menu, I expected something like this, both because of its fame and because it is a general characteristic of restaurants of recognized solvency, that is, with a Michelln star and/or Repsol suns. Anyone who hopes to “fill their belly” may lose hope (although they leave satisfied). You go to this type of restaurant with the mentality of tasting and enjoying the flavors that you usually don't get in ordinary places, both nuances that emerge obviously, as well as other more subtle ones, but not modest for that reason.
