The staff is very friendly and always remembers our preferred table and drinks. I can't imagine what anyone would have to complain about regarding the meals. The portions are generous, often leaving me unable to finish my meal. Even though salads are typically expensive at the supermarket, they do not skimp on them here.

Mean... read more Group of young men (ex supervisor) were allowed to take a previously reserved table outside (prime position) and slap the reserved sign on an inside table. Meanwhile, the actual patrons turned up looking very lost and confused as to why their reserved sign was on...a table inside. This elderly group also had a dog which obviously shows they had been expecting to sit outside. Salad had seen better days, too.

We waited 90 minutes for our meals today, which is far too long whether the restaurant is busy or not. Not a single staff member was seen smiling during our entire visit, especially the manager who seemed disinterested. The bar service was also awful, and the restaurant service was just as bad. The food was okay, but definitely not worth the long wait. Harrigans, you need to improve your game and fix these issues. We will not be returning.
