I was initially told it would take 45 minutes, but after that time passed, I still hadn’t received anything. When I called to find out what was happening, I was informed that it would be another 15 minutes because they only had one driver. I believe that when running a business, it's important to keep customers informed about their orders and any delays.

However, our experience tonight was unacceptable and we will not be ordering from here again. We placed an online delivery order at 5:26 pm and received confirmation, with our card being charged. However, at 7:20 pm, 2 hours later, we received a call informing us that our order was cancelled due to a lack of delivery drivers. Two hours later! We are extremely dissatisfied with this service and will not be returning.
