Every time I try to go to this place after 8:00, the employees say they are closed. This is unacceptable because I know they should be open until at least 12 o'clock. There are always people in there or outside talking and socializing, so I'm not sure why they always say they're closed so early. Picking up a mobile order tonight, the service was beyond expectations. Food was accurate, tasted good, wait was minimal, employees were friendly and professional. A couple weeks ago, I waited more than 20 minutes in line at one of the Southside Blvd locations with minimal level of service. I hope you keep it up and reward the people who not only want to work but who put in more than minimum effort.
Honestly this is the only place I will go to around my house after 6pm. The service is a little slow but night shift seems shirt staffed. Management should really think about getting more night shift people and the wait wouldn't be as bad. Food is great though!
Quick fast service for breakfast on my way back to SC. My breakfast sandwich almost looked like the advertisement! They gave me fresh fries as well. I can't speak for the other hours of service, but my one experience was great!
Friendly and prompt service. We used the drive-thru due to traveling. Our order was cooked as requested and accurate. Overall the friendly service and accuracy of our order made for a pleasant experience.
